With its primary ingredient as Indian Turmeric root & pure Rose petal powder, this ubtan is useful for all kinds of skins - young and old - oily, normal and dry. Rose petals have anti-bacterial properties that make them excellent for fighting acne. The natural oils in the petals nourish & moisturise the skin, its petals especially beneficial for sensitive skins. Roses are excellent for skin toning, for all types of skins. The skin is left taut and glowing after using rose water.It also works as a powerful sunblock. It lightens the skin and can help reduce dark under-eye circles.
Sandalwood is widely used for removing tan, diminishing scars / age spots, mositurising the skin, reducing inflammation
Haldi is well known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. It also reduces oil secretion by sebaceous glands. It also has a lightening effect, removing tan, brightening dull skin.
Almond is a highly dense source of nutrients such as Vitamin E, A, D & B. It is also rich in linoleic acid and oleic acid. it is absorbed by the skin easily without clogging pores and hence deep nourishes it and cleanses the skin, making it supple, smooth, youthful, bright and healthy.
Licorice brightens the skin, heals redness & rashes, repairs sun damage, reduces inflammation.
Mix half teaspoon of the powder in a little yogurt to make a smooth paste. Keep for 3 to 5 minutes to let the yogurt get absorbed and release the ingredients’ natural juices and oils. Apply mixture on face and neck. When it is nearly dry, rub off the ubtan using light circular motion with your fingers. Wash off with water, follow with a gentle toner such as Gulab Jal, and a light moisturiser.
For best results use with "Ujjwal" pack mixed with honey & lemon juice once a week
